Process Flow

This 250 t/h special stone production line for construction usually passes through several links of crushing, sand making, screening, sand washing, etc. The detailed process is as follows:
1、Crushing: the materials to be processed are evenly and continuously sent to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing through the vibrating feeder, and then sent to the impact crusher for fine crushing through the belt conveyor, and then screened by the circular vibrating screen.
2、Sand making: after screening, the materials that meet the requirements are fed into the sand making machine through the conveyor for sand making and shaping.
3、Screening: the material from the sand making machine enters the circular vibrating screen again through the conveyor, and the unqualified material needs to be re-sent to the sand making machine to continue sand making and processing, and the unqualified material enters the following process.
4、Cleaning: There will be certain impurities in the stone material after sand making, and the qualified finished stone material can be obtained after cleaning by sand washing machine.
